Joy has worked as a nurse, a student support at the special school and as a team leader at Cara Day Options. United We Made It is her brainchild.
She is our leader, organiser, and thinker. She is full of creative ideas and is the leading force behind the thoughtful and compassionate culture we practice here. She is a deep thinker and a strong advocate for the disability sector.
She makes work fun with engaging conversations, lots of celebrations, music, and dancing. Participants and staff love coming to work every single day.
